卧式全自动排矿离心机使用说明

随着选矿也的不断发展技术的不断先进，砂金设备离心机越来越多的应用在选金，钨，锡，汞，钛，铅，锌，铁，锰，锆等金属,我公司的砂金选矿提取设备全自动排矿离心机目前畅销蒙古、俄罗斯、南非、刚果、莫桑比克等，欢迎来我司洽谈业务！以下为砂金设备全自动排矿离心机的使用说明。

一、操作流程Operation process

1、打开PLC控制柜面板，开启总电源开关，进入系统后设置好参数，等待充气完成；

2、开启离心泵，将水压通过开关调节至约0.3MPa（水压需要结合实际情况总结经验自行调节）；

3、点击自动模式下的“循环启动”即可开始正常工作；

4、关机：首先应切断给料，等待排矿完成后点击“自动停止”，关闭总电源开关，最后关闭离心泵。

1)Open the PLC control box, turn on the main power, then getting into the system and setting parameters, waiting for the air compressor to inflate;

2)Start the centrifugal pump and adjust the water pressure to about 0.3MPa by switch. (the water pressure needs to sum up the experience and adjust itself according to the actual situation);

3)Click on the automatic mode of "Cycle" to start work;

4)Shut down: firstly should turn off the feeding of raw material, when discharge finished click "automatic stop", turn off the main power and finally turn off the centrifugal pump.

二、保养与维护The maintainence

1、因离心机在工作时是高速旋转，会产生振动，因此在使用过程中应随时检查连接处螺栓是否松动，螺丝有松动时一般会出现异响，请及时停机检查、维修。

2、天气、温度、湿度等因素会对三角带寿命产生较大影响，请及时检查更换（更换时要全套更换）。

3、必须每班（8小时）加注黄油，缺油会对轴承造成严重损坏。

1)Because the gold concentrator is rotating at high speed, it will produce vibration, so we should check whether the bolt is loose or not at any time.If loose there will be abnormal sound, please stop in time to check.

2)Weather, temperature, humidity and other factors will have a greater impact on the life of V-belt, please check if need change please replace one whole set.

3)Butter must be added to each shift for 8 hours. Lack of oil can cause damage to bearings.
