本套淘金车是我公司根据多年制作矿山机械经验，并且不断完善用户反馈信息，独立研发制作而成的一套新型选金设备，比传统的选金设备具有以下主要优势：

1、全部采用了汽车底盘式设计，基本不受地形影响，适用范围更广，可180度转向，克服了传统雪橇式设备移动、转向不方便，对地形要求严格的缺点。

2、采用了振动料仓+滚筒筛进行矿物筛选分级，有效减少了滚筒筛磨损，提高了筛分效率。

3、处理量大、回收率高。

4、设备集成化程度高，经过多年生产实践，故障率低、维护/维修简单、方便。

5、占用人工资源少，节约用户成本。

Brief Introduction

This set of mobile trommel screen gold separating plant is designed&manufactured by ourselves,improving our technology by service after sales and advice of customers etc,now it’s advanced and well-rounded technology in china.

This type of machine can be feed by wheel loader or excavators,which is widely used in gravel sand mine,tailings of rock gold mine etc.

流程概述：

原料通过工程机械送入振动料仓，首先筛选出大于50MM不合格的物料，减少了滚筒筛磨损。小于50MM物料由输送机送入滚筒筛进行筛选分级，不含金的废料通过废料输送机送入废料区域，含金物料首先进入一条固定式淘金毡溜槽进行首次回收后再次进入2台振动溜槽或鼓动溜槽进行收尾，废料排入废料池中。

Technical process

The raw material into vibrating feeder by digging excavator,then the materials≥ 50mm to be screened out, which can reduce the wear of next classifying trommel screen. The material less than 50mm is sent to reamer trommel by the conveyor,

The material 25-50mm is transporting to the scrap material pool through transport conveyer. The material into a fixed gold sluice then into two shaking sluice to collect gold, finally gold concentrate get and the scrap is discharged into scrap material pool.
