砂金设备进料料斗的设计及应用

砂金设备进料料斗可以配合振动给料机，传送带一起配合使用作为砂金设备进料系统，并可进行大石块的初步筛除，用于筛分不是特别筛分要求简单的砂金矿。

以下为选砂金机械具体应用实例。

流程概述

原料通过工程车辆送入砂金设备进料料斗中，通过振动给料机均匀给入上料输送机中，然后送入球磨机内时行球磨，球磨后的物料排入沙箱内，通过沙泵送入砂金选矿提取设备

离心机内进行精选，砂金选矿提取设备设离心机精选后的精料会自动排出，废料通过选砂金机械一条汞板溜槽收尾后，废料排入废料区域。

Technical process

The material getting into feed hopper by excavator or other machines,the the shaking feeder can make material well distributed onto conveyor and then be transporting into ball mill,the getting into horizontal auto discharge concentrator by sand pump in sand box,then concentrate get and scrap material into amalgamating board sluice to be recovered(The horizontal type gold concentrator instead of vertical type which can be working only on ground level provide good performance as a unit of the car)
